All orders are sent from Australia.
We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days of your order being placed and will notify you when your parcel has been shipped.
Orders are shipped to the address listed on your receipt. Please ensure your address is up to date as we are unable to refund or reship items if an order is sent to an incorrect address.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and we cannot guarantee delivery within this time frame. Please ensure you place your order with enough time to receive it by the date required. We do not issue refunds or accept returns because a package does not arrive on time.
All orders will be neatly packaged and sent in a sturdy cardboard mailer or bubble envelope.
Postage costs are based on parcel weight and will be shown at checkout once your delivery address has been entered. Due to the way shipping costs are calculated, orders containing lightweight bulky items such as wide washi tape rolls or rubber stamps may show a higher shipping cost than actual cost. We will refund any additional shipping cost that is charged on these items.

Standard Australian orders are sent via Australia Post. Please allow 4-10 working days for delivery.
Standard Post Pricing:
If your order is flat (under 2cm) we will ship your items at a large letter postage rate with shipping starting at $3 for orders up to 125 grams (about 3-4 rolls of standard washi tape). For up to 250 grams (4-8 standard rolls) shipping is $5.
Registered Post (to add a tracking number) is available and can be selected at checkout. You may also like to upgrade your large letter to Priority Post, which means it will arrive 1-2 days quicker than Standard Post.
Orders over 250 grams will generally be sent at parcel rates:
Order Weight 251g - 500g: Flat Rate $9.50 (includes tracking).
Order Weight 501g+: Flat Rate $15.00 (includes tracking).
Insurance is available and can be selected at checkout.
Express Post orders are sent via Australia Post and include a tracking number. Please allow 1-4 working days for express delivery, depending on the time of purchase and your delivery address. If you live in WA, NT, Far North Queensland or remote rural areas you may need to allow a few extra days for delivery.
Express Post orders placed during business hours will generally be posted the following day. If you require your order to be sent same day please contact us first to make sure this is possible.
Express Post Pricing:
$12.50 AUD - Up to 500 grams
$17.50 AUD - Up to 2kg
$26.50 AUD - Up to 5kg
International orders are sent via regular Australia Post Air Mail.

International Economy Post does not include a tracking number. Shipping upgrades to include tracking and/or insurance are available and can be selected at checkout.
Most international orders will arrive within 7-14 days. Some international deliveries may take longer depending on your address and/or your countries customs service. Please allow up to 1 month for delivery to most international addresses.
ITALY - MEXICO - Please note that due to a high incidence of lost parcels & very long delivery times, we are no longer able to deliver to these countries.
BRAZIL - Please note that due to a high incidence of lost parcels & very long delivery times, all parcels to Brazil are now sent with tracking. We also recommend upgrading your shipping to include insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for uninsured articles that go missing in the post.
Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable merchandise. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for any overseas customs duties, taxes or other fees that may be imposed.
It is rare for an item to be lost or damaged in the post, but unfortunately it can occur. We recommend upgrading your shipping to include insurance or tracking to safeguard your parcel. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for uninsured parcels that go missing in the post.
If an item arrives damaged, please email us straight away. We may ask for photo documentation of the damage before making a decision. We are happy to resend an order or issue a refund if deemed appropriate.
