Each surprise gift will be valued at minimum $6 RRP (usually more!).

Shipping Info

We aim to ship within 1-2 business days. Our usual shipping days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday, public holidays excluded.

Please allow additional order processing time during peak times such as product launches or sales. During these times we aim to ship within 3 business days.

We ship with Australia Post and you will receive a tracking number for your package. All orders include postal insurance.

How You Can Help

Please do your best to make sure your address details are correct and provided in full when placing your order. If your package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, you will be required to pay a new shipping fee for us to re-send your order.

Shipping Costs

You can use our handy shipping calculator on the cart page to check the shipping cost to your location. We ship to Australia and New Zealand.

Click & Collect

Pick up from our Gold Coast warehouse is available and can be selected at the checkout. Pick up hours are Monday and Wednesday 9.30am-3.30pm and Friday 10am-2pm (closed Tuesday, Thursday and public holidays). Pick up details will be emailed to you when your order is ready, usually within 24-48 business hours.

Surprisingly Great Value!

I always add a stationery surprise or two (or three!) to my orders from Washi Gang. They are great value. I've always received something gorgeous and fun. Each time, the surprise has been a pen or mechanical pencil and a set of cute stickers taped together with a strip of colourful washi tape. Recommended!

Just like Christmas!

I have gotten into the habit of adding a stationery surprise or two to every order now. It's just like receiving a little Christmas or birthday present. Or like the lucky dips that I used to buy when I was a kid. They are always wonderful and great value.
