Shipping Info

We aim to ship within 1-2 business days. Our usual shipping days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday, public holidays excluded. Orders placed before 8am AEST on these days will usually ship same-day.

Please allow additional order processing time during peak times such as product launches or sales. During these times we aim to ship within 3 business days.

We ship with Australia Post and you will receive a tracking number for your package. All orders include postal insurance.

How You Can Help

Please do your best to make sure your address details are correct and provided in full when placing your order. If your package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, you will be required to pay a new shipping fee for us to re-send your order.

Click & Collect

Pick up from our Gold Coast warehouse is available and can be selected at the checkout. Pick up hours are Monday and Wednesday 9.30am-3.30pm and Friday 10am-2pm (closed Tuesday, Thursday and public holidays). Pick up details will be emailed to you when your order is ready, usually within 24-48 business hours.

Not actually A5

I love Archer and Olive covers but have a different paper preference. This is not sctually a5 and will only fit their proprietary notebooks, trapping you in their system without the option of using other notebooks. I wasted my money trusting that something listed as an a5 cover would actually fit a5 books. I don’t prefer their paper so I have just wasted my money since washigang doesn’t do refunds.

Thanks so much for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the cover didn’t work out as you’d hoped. Archer & Olive covers are designed to fit their own notebooks, which are a few millimetres smaller than traditional A5 sizing. In the product description, we note that the covers are made specifically for Archer & Olive refills, but we’ll look at making this even clearer so it’s easier to know what to expect. We completely understand that everyone has their own paper preferences, and we’re sorry this cover wasn’t the right fit for you.
