Shipping Info

We aim to ship within 1-2 business days. Our usual shipping days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday, public holidays excluded. Orders placed before 8am AEST on these days will usually ship same-day.

Please allow additional order processing time during peak times such as product launches or sales. During these times we aim to ship within 3 business days.

We ship with Australia Post and you will receive a tracking number for your package. All orders include postal insurance.

How You Can Help

Please do your best to make sure your address details are correct and provided in full when placing your order. If your package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, you will be required to pay a new shipping fee for us to re-send your order.

Click & Collect

Pick up from our Gold Coast warehouse is available and can be selected at the checkout. Pick up hours are Monday and Wednesday 9.30am-3.30pm and Friday 10am-2pm (closed Tuesday, Thursday and public holidays). Pick up details will be emailed to you when your order is ready, usually within 24-48 business hours.

Sooo cute!

I love this so much! It is really so sweet. I have only given four stars as there are quite a few pages of mostly boarder or block colour sections, and I generally use washi or cuttings for those, it’s not generally something I reach for. If you like those, though, it’s a 5/5 for the femme and frill folks! 🩷

Such pretty stickers

This sticker book is full of pretty things! So much to play with, the individual letters come in handy for lots of spreads and I love the pink and red, very romantic. Loved using this for Valentine's Day craft but I find uses for it in so many spreads.
