    Shipping Info

    We aim to ship within 1-2 business days. Our usual shipping days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday, public holidays excluded.

    Please allow additional order processing time during peak times such as product launches or sales. During these times we aim to ship within 3 business days.

    We ship with Australia Post and you will receive a tracking number for your package. All orders include postal insurance.

    How You Can Help

    Please do your best to make sure your address details are correct and provided in full when placing your order. If your package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, you will be required to pay a new shipping fee for us to re-send your order.

    You can use our handy shipping calculator on the cart page to check the shipping cost to your location. We ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States and Canada.

    Click & Collect

    Pick up from our Gold Coast warehouse is available and can be selected at the checkout. Pick up hours are Monday and Wednesday 9.30am-3.30pm and Friday 10am-2pm (closed Tuesday, Thursday and public holidays). Pick up details will be emailed to you when your order is ready, usually within 24-48 business hours.

    Very pleasant surprise

    I'm really bad at both writing & remembering to write reviews, but I really wanted to review this to express my appreciation even though I'm months late. I was either extremely lucky or items were chosen based on the rest of my order/past orders and I'm leaning towards the latter based on what I've seen on TikTok of the staff. Definitely recommend adding this on, I doubt you'd be disappointed!
