Shipping Info

Get your stationery sooner! We ship within 1-2 business days, often same day! The exception to this is during peak times or product launches, when we aim to ship within 2-3 business days.

We ship with Australia Post and you will receive a tracking number for your package. All orders include postal insurance.

How You Can Help

Please do your best to make sure your address details are correct and provided in full when placing your order. If your package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, you will be required to pay a new shipping fee for us to re-send your order.

Click & Collect

Pick up from our Gold Coast warehouse is available and can be selected at the checkout. Pick up hours are Mon-Wed 10am-3pm and Friday 10am-2pm (closed Thursday). Pick up details will be emailed to you when your order is ready, usually within 24-48 hours.

Disappointed... :(

I LOVE the Happy Planner stuff, huge fan - but I was pretty disappointed in the quality of this mini-notebook (and the inner-cover has a big bubble in the lamination). The paper quality is rough and almost see-through (pens that I've been using with my Classic-size bleed through easily), not the beautifully smooth, thick paper that I've become used to seeing in this brand...I noticed the difference in quality when I bought a Big notebook (seems the Classic has the highest-quality paper - why are they all different?), but the mini? I won't be buying another one :(

Hi Lisa, thank you so much for letting us know about the issue with your MINi notebook! We do our best to quality check items for issues like bubbling but must have missed this one : ( In regards to the paper quality, this seems to be a one-off with this particular notebook - we compared the Zodiac notebook to the newest mini notebooks and those have smoother, slightly thicker paper in them.
