Shipping Info

Pre-orders will ship as soon as stock arrives to our warehouse. It may take us 2-3 days to ship all pre-orders, you will receive a shipping notification when your order is on the way.

Please note, if you have ordered in-stock items together with your pre-order, your order will ship once all items have arrived to our warehouse. If you would like your in-stock items to arrive sooner, please place a separate order for them.

We ship with Australia Post and you will receive a tracking number for your package. All orders include postal insurance.

How You Can Help

Please do your best to make sure your address details are correct and provided in full when placing your order. If your package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, you will be required to pay a new shipping fee for us to re-send your order.

Click & Collect

Pick up from our Gold Coast warehouse is available and can be selected at the checkout. Pick up hours are Monday and Wednesday 9.30am-3.30pm and Friday 10am-2pm (closed Tuesday, Thursday and public holidays). Pick up details will be emailed to you when your order is ready, usually within 24-48 business hours.
