What's Happening at WashiGang in May?
May is Mental Health Awareness Month, so we've planned a blog on journaling for mental health and a free download pack with prompts and affirmations for you to enjoy. How do you journal for mental health? Do you find journaling and planning helps you with self care for your mental health?
