Get your stationery sooner! We ship within 1-2 business days, often same day! The exception to this is during peak times or product launches, when we aim to ship within 2-4 business days.

We ship with Australia Post and you will receive a tracking number for your package. All orders include postal insurance.

How You Can Help

Please do your best to make sure your address details are correct and provided in full when placing your order. If your package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, you will be required to pay a new shipping fee for us to re-send your order.

Click & Collect

Pick up from our Gold Coast warehouse is available and can be selected at the checkout. Pick up hours are Mon-Wed 10am-3pm and Friday 10am-2pm (closed Thursday). Pick up details will be emailed to you when your order is ready, usually within 24-48 hours.

Regret purchasing

Really bad compared to other bullet journals on the market - especially for the price. Journal doesn't lay flat making it hard to design spreads, no band to hold it together, no pen loop, no pocket at the back, sharp edges (not rounded). The worst part has to be the paper though, it doesn't feel like the 160gsm I have experienced with other journals, perhaps because theres no coating on it. On top of that, the dots are really big and really dark which is super distracting. The cover is really beautiful and the edging is nice but this journal is so bad that I don't really want to use it daily, and I'm not sure what to do with it. I really feel like I wasted $40 on a journal that I won't use, and now I have to fork out again to get a better journal.

Thank you for taking the time to provide a review on the Quirky Cup journal. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and are sorry the journal didn't suit your style as much as you hoped it would.

The paper, while being 160gsm, is a different type of paper to that in other bullet journals such as Archer & Olive or Yop & Tom. Many people love the Quirky Cup paper but it does depend on what pens / markers are used and also personal taste with the dot size and colour.

We understand the frustration of feeling like you've wasted your money, and we want to do what we can to remedy the situation!
